SuperDepot

At MGI Adelaide, we are pleased to introduce SuperDepot to our SMSF clients.

SuperDepot is an ongoing deed update service designed to help keep your SMSF governing rules current as changes occur over time.

What Happens Next?

Over the coming days, we will be issuing an Ignition proposal to SMSF trustees.

The proposal will give you the option to accept or decline the SuperDepot service.

If You Accept

We will arrange the initial deed upgrade required to place your SMSF onto SuperDepot and we will administer future updates on your behalf when they are issued. The ongoing annual service is paid by direct debit.

If You Decline

We will not upgrade your deed or register your fund for SuperDepot. Your fund will not receive automatic governing rules updates through the service, and keeping your trust deed current will remain your responsibility.

Why This Matters?

Your SMSF trust deed is the fund’s governing document. If a deed is not kept up to date, it may limit what the fund is permitted to do and can create compliance or audit issues.

We’re Here to Help

If you have any questions about SuperDepot, the deed upgrade process, or how the ongoing updates work, please contact Michael Wang, MGI Adelaide’s Superannuation Manager.

Please keep an eye out for your Ignition proposal and respond as soon as possible so we can proceed with your instructions.
